See Stories partnered with the Alaska Humanities Forum in May 2025 to host the Alaska Studies Educator Summit. One of the outcomes from the summit was the creation of a resource hub for AK studies teachers to share lessons and resources.

We know there are LOTS of great lessons and materials out there, and we hear from teachers all the time how hard it can be to find the materials they need for this course.

• Anyone can access lessons/resources, and anyone can post a lesson/resource! (Moderators will review and approve your post before others can see it.)

• The hub is organized to align lessons/resources with the new Alaska Studies social studies standards, so please tag your lesson/resource with the appropriate standard. AK Studies standards for high school are on page 107 – 114, 3rd grade starts is page 41 – 67 and 6-8 grade is 69 – 73. 

• Add a link or upload a file. Add a title, description, resource type, time period (if relevant) and region (if relevant).
