This film was created by Alayna in Nunam Iqua, Alaska as part of the National Science Foundation’s CBIKS (Center for Braiding Indigenous Knowledges & Science) film workshop in April 2026. See Stories led the workshop in collaboration with the CBIKS place-based team.

Alayna’s film explores changing storm patterns and extreme weather, sharing community knowledge and experiences of how storms are affecting life in Nunam Iqua.
